Your plan price and your Firebase cloud credit are two separate payments, and both are required to get started. The plan covers the app and its modules; the Firebase credit is a one-time prepaid amount that funds your own private Google Cloud project, where your data lives. Prefer to pay Google directly yourself? You can — we'll guide you through it step by step.

Refundable — any unused credit can be refunded on request.

About Your Cloud Infrastructure

Your clinic runs on its own private Firebase (Google Cloud) project — your data, fully owned by you, not stored on our servers. Getting started involves a simple one-time KYC verification and activating your cloud project, which we set up and guide you through completely.
